Provide Escrow Financial Services
The City is requesting proposals from interested
banks/financial institutions for the provision of escrow services to the City and
the USOC. Per the USOC Economic Development Agreement (EDA) (available
for review at www.springsgov.com) $13,000,000 will be placed in two escrow
accounts. Escrow funds will be made available to the USOC to fund the OTC
Phase I and Phase II Improvements in accordance with the OTC Escrow
Agreement. It is anticipated that this request for proposal (RFP) will provide the
City and the USOC with the necessary tools to enable it to effectively respond to
and adhere to the EDA requirements. It is the intent of the City to award one
contract for the provision of all depository and escrow services for the City and
the USOC.
