Provide Elevator Maintenance Service and Repair

It is the intent is to establish a term contract for one (1) year with (2) additional one year options to extend for elevator maintenance services and repair. Services to include furnishing all supplies, materials, maintenance service vehicles, communication needs, labor, tools, test equipment, special equipment and lubricants necessary to provide full preventative maintenance, adjustments, repairs and replacements for complete elevator or chairlift systems.
