The Contractor shall provide the Clean, Oil, Test, and Stencil Kits (COT&S Kits)
for the Nippon Sharyo (NS) Gallery IV cab and trailer rail cars in accordance with
the technical specifications specified herein. The cab car requires four (4)
COT&S Kits and the trailer car will require six (6) COT&S Kits.
