Furnish and deliver the following brand name aquatic herbicides in the quantities and packaging for the following locations as follows:
FOB delivery location, Lake Seminole Maintenance compound located 1.5 miles north of Chattahoochee, FL at 2245 Booster Club Road.
Aquathol K - 600 gallons in 30 gallon drums
Galleon SC - 30 gallons in 2.5 gallon containers
Clipper - 300 pounds in 5 pound containers
Hydro 191 - 210 gallons in 2.5 gallon containers
FOB delivery location, WFG Lake Maintenance compound located 1738 Powerhouse Rd, Shorterville, AL 36373.
Aquathol K - 600 gallons in 30 gallon drums
Galleon SC - 10 gallons in 2.5 gallon containers
Clipper - 100 pounds in 5 pound containers
Bids shall contain the unit and extended pricing for each item. This solicitation is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). A formal solicitation will not be published. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for all items. Multiple awards will not be made; therefore, pricing shall be submitted for all items. This requirement is 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns.
