OPERATIONAL MANUALS (JAN 2006): Unless otherwise specified, contractor shall provide one operational manual for each item acquired.
QUALITY NEW (JAN 2006): All items must be new.
WARRANTY STANDARD (JAN 2006): Contractor must provide the manufacturer's standard written warranty upon delivery of product. Contractor warrants that manufacturer will honor the standard written warranty provided.
The Contractor shall install, set up, and calibrate all patient chairs, treatment column cabinetry, sink plumbing, and dental appliances and verify that all equipment is operational in accordance with industry standards for dental clinic operatory systems. Both of the requested 12 Oclock Treatment Columns will be installed as freestanding units. The Sink and Dispenser Custom Cabinetry, Solid Surface Countertops (Reference Drawing No.: Q9J2793) cabinetry shall be affixed by the contractor to existing 3/4 laminated-plywood-construction cabinets in the dental clinic.
