Provide the City of Medford with State of Oregon government relations services for a period commencing on the date the contract is signed through December 31, 2009, with two (2) one (1) year renewal options. The first renewal year would run January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 with the second renewal year commencing January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2011.
