Prototype and Manufacture of Light Gauge Metal Framing Slotting and Accessory Strip

I would like to put out an RFP for a prototype and manufacture of light gauge framing slotting and seperate piece to attach to these "C" channels.

I would like to have another, better prototype done and a quote for a punch press or part to slot the metal stud flanges. I would also like a quote on the machine to manufacture, or a quote to manufacture the metal strip that is inserted through the back of the flange as can be seen in the photo(s) uploaded. Some photos are duplicates.

On the lower right of the URL you may see an assembled (two pieces) combination of the metal stud and a strip partially inserted through the metal stud flange.
