The Org is seeking competitive proposals for the development of a Web Content Management System (WCMS) prototype for its Safety at Work content. The primary objective is to create a set of Web pages that will provide a working model for a site that will demonstrate how content could be dynamically aggregated to match the needs of a site visitor and ensure it is delivered to the appropriate devices as conceptualized in the Wireframe Prototype (see Appendix E WorkSafeBC Paper Base Prototype Wireframes). The Proponents responding to this RFP must have experience with conducting prototypes as described in Section III Specification and/or successfully implied similar projects within a production environment.
