Request for Proposals (RFP), NNC16ZCH013R, Protective Services at the NASA Glenn Research Center, Cleveland Ohio
Enclosed is the Request for Proposals (RFP), including a Performance Work Statement (PWS), for the subject procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561612, Security Guards and Patrol Services, with a Size Standard of $20.5M. This acquisition is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
Also, all sections of the RFP shall be filled out in their entirety, and returned with
the proposal package.
Your attention is directed to Sections L - "INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS" and Section M - "EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD" which describes the process for contractor selection.
In order to ensure that all questions submitted by potential offerors are answered prior to the solicitation closing date, the deadline for submission of written questions is February 3, 2017, at 4:30 pm EST. The Government reserves the right not to respond to any questions received concerning this solicitation after the questions receipt date above. Accordingly, offerors are encouraged to carefully review all solicitation requirements and submit questions to the Government as early as possible.
