Prostitution Diversion Program
The City is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified proposers to develop and operate a Prostitution Diversion Program funded by the City. The program is to provide and monitor rehabilitation services to offenders focusing on support, training, counseling and education, referrals and other opportunities to help the offender build a new life upon completion of the Program.
