Proprietary Software
The Contractor will provide thirty-six (36) months of software support for
WebFocus Program. Contractor must be an authorized reseller of WebFOCUS
Support.
Support will include the following services:
Task One (1): Upgrade Support. Assist with system level WebFOCUS upgrades and
support for the purchased Information Builders software components. Apply system
patches, monitor performance and make modifications as needed to improve
performance.
Task Two (2): Program maintenance and emergency support for the WebFOCUS for
CALSTARS Fiscal Tracking System, as needed for the purchased Information
Builders software components for the project.
Task Three (3): Program maintenance and emergency support for the MAINTAIN
application, as needed for the purchased Information Builders software components
until its conversion to asp.net.
