Proposals to increase overall efficiencies and effectiveness of public agencies
The State of Connecticut is dedicated to building the Connecticut economy by identifying opportunities to
streamline and improve government services.
The Initiative will involve participating state agencies employing strategies and
approaches that will demonstrate results in the following:
improve programmatic outcomes by increasing operational efficiencies,
reducing and eliminating waste in government and agency processes and,
engage employees in beneficial practices to enhance the delivery of services.
The State of Connecticut is seeking
proposals that offer services, methodologies, and training that will increase overall efficiencies and
effectiveness of public agencies.
