The American Geriatrics Society (AGS), through a program funded by The John A. Hartford Foundation entitled Geriatrics-for-Specialists Initiative (GSI), seeks proposals from surgical and related medical residency training programs to develop and implement educational initiatives focused on increasing residents knowledge in the geriatric aspects of the specialty.
