Property and Construction Management -Repair, Maintenance, and Painting work at the Clougherty Pool and Bathhouse of the Boston Centers for Youth & Families (BCYF)
The City of Boston (the City), acting by the Chief of Public Property, hereinafter referred to as the Official, invites sealed bids for the performance of the work generally described above, and particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids, which may be obtained at 1483 Tremont Street, fourth floor, Boston, MA 02120, commencing at 9:00 AM on Monday, March 24, 2014.
Invitations for bids shall be available until the time of bid opening.
Completed documents must be submitted in the form of one (1) signed original, containing all sections and pages of the documents no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, April 4, 2014, to the Boston Centers for Youth & Families 1483 Tremont Street fourth floor, Boston, MA 02120.
Envelopes should be sealed and labeled: "BCYF Pool Maintenance Bid-Clougherty."
