Property Use and Maintenance Agreement

The County is seeking proposals for the use of a 20-acre piece of County-owned land.

The County has received public interest in utilizing the Property. The County wishes to enter into a Property Use and Maintenance Agreement authorizing use and maintenance of the Property. The County in return requires that the proposed use does not create a nuisance, is maintained at no cost to the County, and that any proposed activities are legal.

Note that the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, however it will be the only opportunity to view the land parcel.
