Property Records Management System
The County is requesting a proposal for a property records management tract index system to index and maintain real property records, electronically record real estate documents, create certificates of title, calculate fees, complete statutory endorsements of Auditor/Treasurer/ Recorder/Registrar, retrieve document/index images, and provide remote system access to customers. The desired solution must allow for complete integration of processing functions without duplicate data entry and be able to interface with the County’s property tax system, Manatron Government Revenue Management (GRM), which utilizes Microsoft SQL.
