Property Management and Leasing Services
Complete RFP must be picked up in person at city office.
It is expected that the term of the Property Management and Leasing Agreement, (Agreement) will be for a minimum of four (4) years from the date of execution, with the option to extend year-to-year not to exceed two consecutive additional years.
