Property Management Services
This federally funded contract will consist of furnishing all equipment, tools, supplies, operators, labor, and supervision necessary to provide a property management service for various properties in the Central Region as per the specifications.
The State may opt to offer renewal of this contract for five (5) additional one year periods.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000.
