Property Management Services
The Homeowners Association seeks to hire an agent to perform property
management tasks as outlined in section 3 of this document. The Executive Board will negotiate
final contract terms upon selection. All contracts are subject to review by legal counsel and will
be awarded upon signing of an agreement or contract, which outlines terms, scope, budget and other
necessary items.
