City of Phoenix Public Transit Department invites proposals from qualified firms interested in providing property management services for the City, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein. The term of the contract shall be for a two (2) year period commencing on or about September 1, 2009, with an option to extend three (3) additional years in one (1) year increments.
