Property Maintenance Services
The Portland Development Commission (PDC) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced firms for the provision of Property Maintenance Services to be contracted on an as-needed basis. From this Request for Qualifications (RFQ # 08-01) firms may be selected to receive a three-year Flexible Services contract, with annual contract reviews. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address listed in the RFQ by no later than 3:00 PM, August 28, 2008 (Pacific Time). Faxed or e-mail response copies will not be accepted.
