These specifications are intended to cover the purchase of Property Insurance for the Correctional Facility.

BASE BID:
The insurance policy shall afford All Risk Coverage (special form) on a blanket replacement cost basis at 100% of the values shown for buildings and contents

OPTIONAL COVERAGE:
1) As a bid option, the State is asking for quotations on demolition coverage at 80% coinsurance. The demolition coverage amount for the Buildings covered by demolition is listed in Section D.

2) Business Interruption - $300,000.
