Property Improvement Program
This single family home is in need of some rehabilitation work as outlined in the
attached specifications. Work is to include the following:
• Remove and replace roof and sheathing.
• Remove and replace garage roof with rubber roof.
• Remove and replace gutters and leaders.
• Install plywood underlayment and VCT over the existing kitchen and laundry room floor.
• Gut, remove, and replace the entire bathroom.
