YOU DO NOT HAVE A CERTIFIED RENOVATOR ON STAFF, YOU CANNOT SUBMIT
A BID PROPOSAL UNTIL YOU HAVE THIS DOCUMENTATION.
This single family home is in need of some rehabilitation work as outlined in the
attached specifications. Work is to include the following:
Installation of vinyl siding on entire house.
Installation of new vinyl vented soffits and aluminum soffits and rakes.
Waterproofing of rear and sides exterior foundation wall.
