The State Department of Transportation is issuing a REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) to select a private entity that can design, construct and renovate various facilities, (the PROJECT) on state-owned properties, in exchange for 18.37 acres with a market value of $12 million, for the cost of the PROJECT.
