Property Development Services -Purchase, Develop/Construct, or Rehab Properties
The EDC of Kansas City is requesting professional services to develop residential properties in accordance with the EDC's contract with the City of Kansas City, Missouri. The Services requested are expected to commence on March 1, 2010 and continue through March 31, 2013.
