The City of Wheeling is seeking a Developer(s) to provide development services for property that is currently being used as the Citys Operations Center. The property has approximately 9.2 acres of land.
The City is interested in considering the development of a hotel, restaurant, retail/office space and other facilities for commercial and public use. The development plan should include financing strategies for the development of the site; as well as any additional requirements by the City to implement the plan. It is also expected that the plan will outline the terms of a development agreement between the developer(s) and the City for proceeding with the execution of the plan.
