The County is soliciting proposals to purchase software, hardware, training, implementation and professional services for a Property Assessment and Tax Management Solution (PATMS). PATMS will consist of either a single integrated software product meeting all of the requirements, or a combination of ‘Best of Breed’ software products which together satisfy all of the requirements.
