Propane Gas at Yokota AB and Tama SA
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to maintain and provide propane gas at Yokota Air Base and Tama Service Annex as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) from 1 Jul 14 to 30 Jun 15

This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan, therefore, the successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform the business in the country of Japan. The Government requires, and the offeror certifies that the offeror does hold applicable authorization issued under the Law concerning the Securing of Safety and the Optimization of Transaction of LPG ("Ekikasekiyugas no hoann no kakuho oyobi torihiki no tekiseika ni kannsuru houritus") and/or the High Pressure Gas Safety Act ("Koatsu Gas Ho") from the cognizant regulatory authority pursuant to applicable Japanese laws to perform the subject service. The offeror shall furnish to the Government, if requested, copies of the authorization.
A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at Contracting Squadron, Bldg 620 (Room 109), Yokota Air Base on 5 Jun 2014 at 1300hours for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. Submit the names of all attendees to Ms. Kayoko Seta by fax at 042-551-0973 or e-mail at [email protected], prior to 1000 hours, 4 Jun 2014. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees.
