The New York Army National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for subject matter experts (SMEs) to assist military and government service personnel in the synchronization and execution of a collective training event (CTE). The subject matter experts need to be capable of "role playing" and Structural Collapse Venue Reset during the exercise as specified in the performance work statements (PWS) attached in solicitation.

The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Principle NAICS is 611430 and size standard is 11 mil. Set Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Only.
