Promotional and Incentive Items
The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina, intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a five year ordering period after date of award, as a result of this solicitation to the contractor who offers the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) proposal. Delivery Orders will be issued against the contract and each delivery order (DO) shall have a delivery date of 90 days after issuance of the DO. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15.
The objective of this contract is to provide branded promotional and incentive items for the Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) for distribution purposes at various United States Marine Corps (USMC) events.
Proposals must include product samples for "ALL NINETEEN LINE ITEMS", written detailed descriptions of the specifications of each sample item, past performance information, price quotes for all nineteen line items, and all other requirements requested. Pay particular attention to Section L, FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors in block with 'Very Important' information' (especially regarding product samples) and also under same clause, 'III. Completed Request for Proposal', where it tells exactly what is needed to be submitted with proposal.
All interested parties must be current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) at the time of award. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review www.fbo.gov frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any. Offerors are required to complete the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. This must be completed at SAM.gov and the registration must be in an "Active" status.
