The purpose for this solicitation is to procure services intended for CTP, Missions, Bureaus, and Independent Offices (M/B/IOs) within USAID to access communication, technical and institutional support services to continue the facilitation of building partnerships with the private sector in order to achieve sustainable development impacts.


USAID's Global Development Lab's Center for Transformational Partnerships ("LAB/CTP" or "CTP") seeks to advance the ways that USAID collaborates with partners in order to produce sustainable development impact. CTP develops global partnerships with a wide range of public and private sector stakeholders to expand the impact and sustainability of global development programming, and builds the capacity of the entire Agency to pursue partnerships of all types in order to end extreme poverty.


Through private sector engagement (PSE), collective action, and the cultivation of entrepreneurial ecosystems, CTP is improving the policy and practice of private sector engagement throughout the Agency and is directly scaling breakthrough innovations through transformative partnerships.


This acquisition is a competitive 8(a) set-aside. Only proposals submitted by certified 8(a) firms will be accepted by the government. Firms must be 8(a) certified by the closing date of this solicitation to be considered compliant with the requirements of this solicitation.


Highlights:


•USAID anticipates awarding a single award with two (2) 
 base years and three (3) option year periods.

•USAID anticipates a maximum ordering limitation for
 this solicitation of $24,500,000. The maximum aggregate
 dollar cannot exceed this solicitation limitation.


•The applicable NAICS code is 541611 Administrative
 Management and General Management Consulting
 Services.


•Competitive quotes will only be accepted from qualified
 Small Businesses specifically 8(a).


•Best value is being used as an evaluation factor;
factors other than only price will be considered in
determining the successful offeror.
