Project-Based Vouchers for Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing

The Department is inviting qualified organization(s) to submit proposals to utilize federal rental subsidy for eligible Veteran individuals and/or families under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Developments (HUD) Veteran Affairs Supportive Housing Project Based Voucher program (HUD-VASH).
A total of up to thirty (30) HUD-VASH Project Based Vouchers for existing, rehabilitated or new construction housing projects may be awarded via this RFP. The City may select one or more successful proposals to receive HUD-VASH Project Based Vouchers. The City may award no more than ten (10) HUD-VASH Project Based Voucher units to any Proposer. The Proposal must comply with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity requirements.
