The purpose of this RFP is to create a qualified list of up to 25 resources. Fifteen (15) of which will be considered for strictly project management activities. The remaining ten (10) resources will require both project management and business analysis skills. For longer term engagements, 1-3 years, each department will be looking for resources with significant focused project management skills. However, in short term engagements, 3-12 months, the resource may be asked to fill a dual role of business analysis and project management. The DH and SD will use this qualified list to select resources to fill either role, as appropriate to manage projects and/or phases of projects.
