The Information Technology Services Department on the Boulder campus of the University of Colorado is seeking qualified vendors to submit proposals for a Project Portfolio Management system.

NOTE: The Colorado State requires that the vendor should pay $40 to submit the bid. If this RFP is something under your scope, you have a chance to look at it before deciding whether you want to pay the annual fee of $40. Also, I have combined both the RFP and Questions on one document.
