The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago, Department of Information Services, is seeking Proposals from qualified firms ("Respondents") to provide a project portfolio management system for the four year period beginning with the execution of the contract through February 1, 2013 with the option to renew for one (1) additional twelve month period at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
