Project Manager for Construction of Wellness Facility
The Wellness Center will have a building footprint of approximately 60,000 square feet, along with accompanying site development including landscaping, parking space, and outdoor recreational space, for a total project of approximately seven to ten acres. The Department has provided maps designating two potential sites to locate the facility. The contractor will be under the supervision of the Committee and the Construction Project Manager.
Scope of Work and Deliverables
The Tribes are seeking performance based proposals. The selected contractor shall assume a leadership role in developing the Project from a conceptual plan through construction. Deliverables are: working with Department Programs to identify space needs and develop the overall facility program, maintenance of a Project master file, working with the Tribes regulatory bodies to obtain approvals and permits for site location and construction, soliciting and contracting with consultants for environmental reviews, architectural and engineering design, and grant writing, working with environmental consultants to obtain approvals/clearances.
