Project Management and Planning Services
The Town is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide project management and
multi-disciplinary planning services to assist the Town with the rezoning of lands within the East
settlement boundary. The subject lands are approximately 7.4 hectares (18 acres) and are a portion of a
larger municipal land parcel. The lands are currently zoned Agricultural One (A-1) with approximately 1.0
hectares of land designated Environmental Policy Area 2 (EPA2).
The requested planning services company must provide the necessary background studies and services to
the Town to rezone the subject lands to permit the subsequent development for a new OPP detachment
headquarters.
