Project Management and Electronic Certified Payroll Monitoring System
Seeking a qualified proposer that will provide a comprehensive project management and electronic certified payroll monitoring system that will maximize the Ports ability to monitor and enforce
labor and contract compliance requirements. In addition to monitoring contract compliance with state and federal prevailing wage requirements, the winning system will incorporate the ability to manage requirements for the following programs: the Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE), the Federal Airport Concession
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (ACDBE), the Ports Non-Discrimination
Small and Local Business Utilization Program (NDSLBUP) including Certification, and
the Maritime and Aviation Project Labor Agreement (MAPLA). The successful system
will warehouse data and report on diverse programmatic needs.
