Apartments is a mixed finance and mixed-income property owned and managed by the Housing Authority (SHA). The Parkway West project involves substantial renovation of the six (6) multi-story, residential buildings containing 78 apartment units on the western portion of the Parkway Village Apartments property. The OR/PM will provide a broad range of financial advisory and construction management services to SHA and serve as a vital member of the project delivery team.
