Project Management Services For Caretaker Housing In City Parks
The City of Santa Fe is soliciting proposals for project management services for its Caretaker Housing In City Parks Project. This project consists of the construction of six single family residences on four city parks. Four of the seven homes will be two bedroom homes of approximately 1,250 square feet. Two of the seven homes will be three bedroom homes of approximately 1,500 square feet. All home sill be stick built. The Project Manager shall provide the following services to the City for the construction of six single family residences on four City owned and managed parks.
