The Orange County Transportation Authority invites proposals from qualified consultants to support the
feasibility study phase of the Los Angeles-San Diego-San Luis Obispo (LOSSAN) rail corridor by supplementing and
functioning as an extension of Authority staff by providing specialized expertise in project management and oversight to
support the preparation and completion of the project study report equivalent for five grade separation projects.
