For this project, the contractor will review the existing documentation, and provide updated cost and human resources estimates and timelines for an iterative approach to completing the UIM project.
Specifically, the contractor will reevaluate the options / recommendations made for the Scope of the system to be implemented and provide recommendations for what functions should be incorporated in the core system.
The contractor will create a project plan and schedule for completion of UIM.
The contractor will assist KDOL in crafting a statement of work (SOW) for the staff augmentation need for completing UIM.
