This work is related to work described in a previous PLA market survey (Notice number W912DS-13-PLA-0002, which was posted to FedBizOpps on 21 August 2013). Notice W912DS-13-PLA-0002 referred to work on Manhattan-Brooklyn crossings. Responses to W912DS-13-PLA-0002 will also be used to determine potential use of a PLA for Manhattan-Queens crossings. Interested sources that did not submit a response to W912DS-13-PLA-0002 may provide the previously requested information as a response to this notice.
