DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: This is a Desing-Build project consisting
of Various Works at Gymnasium, Building 305, Camp Darby. The project will include the replacing of false ceiling , replacing of lighting system, calibration and insulation of tie-rod, replacement of fire alarm system and other various works.
FUNDING: The project is funded
LOCATION OF THE WORK: The site of the proposed work is Camp Darby,
Tirrenia (Pisa)
MAGNITUDE OF THE PROJECT: The magnitude of this project is between $
100,000 and $ 250,000.
METHOD OF CONTRACTING: This will be a Request for Proposal resulting
in a firm fixed price contract.
PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The Performance Period will be 370 calendar days
from the notice to proceed.
SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on July 15, 2014 at 13:30 hrs at main
gate no. 4 Camp Darby, Tirrenia(Pisa), Italy.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The solicitation package , including the technical specificaiton , description of
the work and addtional information will be posted within few weeks on Federal
Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov).
To be awarded a government contract you MUST have DUNS (Dun&
Bradstreet; tel: 02-28455379) and NCAGE
(www.dlis.dla.mil/Forms/Form_AC135.asp) numbers and be registered in
SAM(https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM). We will discuss this at the site
visit.

attend the site visit. The Guards will check the identification card at the Gate.
The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance to the base.
