The Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE) is seeking to contract with a Vendor to serve as the State Outreach Coordinator for the Illinois Grow Your Own
Teacher Education Initiative (GYO). The primary responsibilities of the Vendor will be to develop public relations materials for the GYO Program and to secure
new non-state funding sources for the 15 GYO consortia located throughout the State of Illinois.
