Project Controls Support Services
Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA), the operator and manager of the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) under its prime contract with the United States Department of Energy (DOE), intends to acquire a wide range of Professional Support Services for project controls, risk management and estimation support at FNAL located in Batavia, IL, in accordance with FRA Statement of Work for Project Controls Support Services, dated May 6, 2019 Rev. 1. The subcontractor or subcontractors shall furnish all materials, personnel, facilities, support, and management necessary to meet the requirements in accordance with the aforementioned SOW.
It is contemplated that one or more indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type subcontracts will be awarded to the most highly qualified subcontractor(s) to support FRA requirements. Labor Hour (LH) type task orders (orders) may be placed against the IDIQ subcontract.

In order to prepare for source selection activities, FRA requests that offerors who intend to submit offers for this acquisition complete the Proposal Intent Response Form (Exhibit 1) and submit via email to kduke@fnal.gov by close of business on 5/17/2019.
