Replace Main Chillers Project
The Memphis VA Medical Center has a requirement for a mechanical construction contractor to provide all labor, material, engineering expertise, and supervision needed to replace all four ( 4) chillers in the main chiller in the Chiller Plant (bldg. 21). This work will be located at the Memphis VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104.
SCOPE OF WORK
Construction turn-key services for Project#614-19-108 to Replace four (4) Chillers in the main chiller plant (bldg. 21). Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor and expert supervision required to remove the existing four (4) chillers identified in this Statement of Work and replace with four (4) York Chillers and Controls. In addition, the contractor shall be responsible for integrating the new chillers into the current building automation-Energy Management System.
The equipment for this project is currently available to the government on the General Schedule Administration (GSA) Schedule 84. NAICS code 238220 is applicable to this project. The product service code (PSC) is Z1NB. The small business size standard is $15Million dollars.
The proposed procurement action will be a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns as established in 38 U.S.C 8127(d). This project will be procured as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection. The solicitation will be available for download on or by January 7, 2019.
