Project # 650-07-102: Pavement Repairs
Contractor shall completely prepare site for site construction operations, including demolition and removal of existing road and parking pavement, sidewalks, curb and gutter, site lighting, and related above and below grade structures. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, testing, and construction to perform work for the FCA Pavement Repairs project at the VA Medical Center (VAMC), 830 Chalkstone Ave, Providences RI as required by drawings and specifications. All work shall be done in accordance with, all laws, ordinances, building codes, rules and regulations applying to the work, including, but not limited to VA, Federal, State, County, City, Industry design guides, codes, standards, regulations and policies. Contractor shall work with COR to minimize construction impact to daily operation of the Providence VAMC.
The construction cost range for this project is between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 and the size standard is $36.5 million. Award will be based on the lowest technically acceptable price to the Government. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as technical factors of management approach and past performance.
The solicitation package will be available 2/22/19. The date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 30 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
All offerors must ensure registration in SAM is current and accurate. Offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE).
