This future opportunity notice is to advise industry that as a result of the market survey (MKTSVY_11C4CA) issued on 02 May 2016, SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic (SSC$B!>(BLANT) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for systems engineering and administrative services in support of the Tactical Technology Office in the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA/TTO). A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been posted to the SSC LANT E$B!>(BCommerce website. The draft document is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as the formal RFP. Draft documents are subject to, and may be revised before the issuance of the formal RFP. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 with a size standard of $15M. This is a follow$B!>(Bon to Contracts N65236$B!>(B 15$B!>(BD$B!>(B4800 through 4803 (BAH, CENTRA Technologies, ManTech SRS, Schafer Corp). The Government anticipates award of a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) performance based contract that will provide for the issuance of cost$B!>(Bplus$B!>(Bfixed$B!>(Bfee, and firm-fixed-price task orders. The period of performance includes a 5 year ordering period with the inclusion of the six month Option to Extend Services Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.217-8. The place of performance is Arlington, VA. The procurement will be conducted under full and open competitive procedures with the use of Reserves for Small Business opportunities.
